☆ I reserve the right to cancel or turn down any commissions without reason or explanation or anything that makes me uncomfortable.☆Any rude, creepy or shady behavior will not be tolerated. Also do not start venting to me, I am not your therapist.☆Forcing a chargeback without notice will instantly put you on the blacklist. For NSFW work: Currently not accepting these.☆ I do NOT accept rush orders or hard deadlines due to wrist issues.☆ I will not redo a commission once it's done and have had your approval. Any dissatisfaction afterwards will be on you (the client) for lack of communication beforehand.☆ I will not bend my style to copy/emulate or recreate another artist's work.☆ Please note that my prices are subjected to change at my own discretion.☆ DO NOT RUN MY ART THROUGH AI ENGINES OR TURN IT INTO NFT'S. ANYONE FOUND OUT DOING THIS IS IMMEDIATELY BLACKLISTED.

♥General Process♥

☆You can contact me here for more inquiries: [email protected]☆Please provide CLEAR IMAGES/REFS of your character. Higher resolution preferred. (Note: No descriptions)☆ Note that full illustrations will have lighting that will affect the final colors.☆I will provide you 3 work in progress shots (sketch/lineart/flats). Major revisions only done in sketch stage (2). Additional corrections costs extra, unless it's a mistake on my part. Please be very specific from the beginning.☆I will be sending you a high-res zip file email (300 DPI watermarked and non-watermarked version).

♥Payment/Refund Policy♥

☆Payment is made UPFRONT. Installments only available to returning clients. I am not liable for how you spend your money. Please make sure you're able to afford it. Commission will not be started until payment is received.☆Prices are non-negotiable. All transactions will be made in USD. [e.g. Paypal, Ko-Fi, Venmo or Cashapp].☆I will be sending you an invoice so please have your email/username/handle ready. Please refrain from making any payments until AFTER I send the invoice.☆If you don't pay your invoice within 24 hours (installments excluded), I will cancel the commission and remove your spot from the queue.☆By commissioning me, you are agreeing to a no-refund policy. An exception for a refund would be: If I had not started on said commission and you decided to cancel.

♥Turnaround Time♥

☆Depending on complexity: 1 week to 3 months (Holidays not included).☆Please do not rush or pester me every other day during the process. I will take breaks when necessary esp. due to physical and mental disabilities. Please check my Bluesky or Trello for any updates.

♥Copyright Usage♥

☆I reserve full rights to the artwork, as well as posting it to my socials/gallery/portfolio. NDA's require extra fees.☆I will not claim intellectual property (IP) to the commissioned artwork.☆Commissioners are allowed to post and share the artwork publicly BUT MUST credit me at all times.☆Commissioners are not allowed to trace, edit, 'fix' or steal the artwork.☆Commissioners are NOT allowed to redistribute, reproduce, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork unless discussed beforehand.
